We believe that teachers and their teaching practices have the greatest impact on a school’s success. That’s why one of the most important responsibilities of our Director and Senior Leadership Team is to recruit and retain exceptional educators. We invest significant time and care in selecting passionate, knowledgeable teachers who inspire students and empower them to reach their full potential.

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. Our educators are encouraged to explore and apply innovative tools, technologies, and strategies that enhance learning and spark curiosity. We create dynamic, engaging classrooms where students are active participants in their learning journey.

As part of ASB and the wider Esol Education network, our staff benefit from a strong culture of professional growth and continuous learning. We believe every team member should be supported in their development and encouraged to exemplify the same curiosity, creativity, and global-mindedness we aim to instill in our students. In addition, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages that reflect the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
